EHUKAI TEVES, who has built acoustic mountain dulcimers for eight years, has developed a new line of solid-body electric dulcimers with amazing sound. New technology and his outstanding musician's ear allow these instruments to produce a genuine-sounding acoustic voice but with the presence and volume to fill a large room - just what mountain dulcimer performers have always wished for. They are simply designed, lightweight, and will be very economically priced! More info to follow, and you can also contact Ehukai direct by going to the CONTACT page of this website.
"THE PLANK" - Lois's current favorite dulcimer is this intentionally-traditional looking solid body electric dulcimer, with distressed antiquing details. Has scalloped fretboard surface for super-low string action without buzzes, and plays fast and easy. Its pre-amp and equalizer produce a beautifully acoustic sound! Has a built-in electronic tuner and tuning machines all on one side.
Comment on the Ehukai Teves "Plank": "These critters want to play and inspire you to!"
